募集要項: 体制強化を図るための増員募集
仕事内容: 【残業ほぼなし＆在宅・フレックス勤務OK】【自社クラウドサービス商品の紹介サイトのWEBデザイン/編集】
具体的には
コンテンツ管理システムでのWEBコンテンツ制作・編集及びディレクション
LP、バナー、動画等の新しいデザイン制作またはディレクション
サイトのアクセス集計及び週次・月次レポート作成
CRMとMAを使用したマーケティング施策の実施
SNSの運用管理など
※サイトの構築業務は無し
※CMSはSitefinityを使用していますがWordPressに移行予定

アメリカ本社のチームと連携するため、英語でやり取りする機会は多数。
また社内文書、システム等は英語表記、英語での入力が中心。
コンプライアンス関連等のオンライン講習も英語です。
他、Salesforce、Zoom、MSオフィス、クラウドアプリ等を使用。

求めている人材: 【必須】WEB制作経験3年以上(業界不問)＋英語スキル（読み書き必須）、詳細下記
【具体的には】学歴・年齢・性別不問
必須: ＊英語スキル（実務で活用できるレベル＝英検2級、TOEIC600点相当　英語の読み書きは出来るがスピーキングに不安な方には英語のトレーニングの機会を設けます）
＊デジタル・マーケティング関連業務経験1年以上
＊HTML・CSSの基本知識
＊グラフィック系ソフト（Photoshop・Illustrator等）の操作スキル
歓迎: ★CRM・MAツール（Salesforce、Pardot、Marketo等）の使用経験
＊VLOOKUP、COUTIF程度のExcel操作スキル
＊Dreamweaver等を使ったWeb制作経験
＊CMSでのWebサイトの作成・運用経験
＊SNS運用経験
勤務地: 【神田駅東口スグ】千代田区鍛冶町2-2-2 神田パークプラザ5階
給与: 年俸：350万円～450万円※経験・スキル考慮します。
活躍に応じて収入アップや昇進機会があります。
勤務時間: 勤務時間：9:00～18:00
(休憩時間 1時間00分)
※現在はリモートワーク／今後出社再開予定
⇒出社再開後は、フレックスタイム制を導入予定。
コアタイム/10～17時、1日の標準労働時間/8時間
必要に応じて週2回程度出社の可能性あり

Job Description

Job Duties:: The position is focused on the Japan contents marketing covering web contents management, landing page optimization, social media marketing and web analytics.
Develop, write, edit, proofread, and publish web content through a content management system.
Develop/Coordinate new design materials, including landing pages, banners, movies, and more.
Manage social media contents such as Facebook, Twitter, and more.
Partner with Product and Engineering in Head Quarters on web development initiatives.
Analyze and identify opportunities to improve website effectiveness, using A/B test.
Track daily and weekly promotion media and web access data, and prepare weekly and monthly report.
Conduct lead generation program by using CRM and MA
Demonstrate a spirit of experimentation, innovation, collaboration, and personal growth within the organization.
Work closely with our International offices in development and execution of web communication.

Job Requirements and Experience:: Candidates must be an experienced web professional with a proven track record of success. Interested candidates should possess:
Exceptional communication skills. English fluency required.
3+ year experience of managing content in a fast-paced environment with content maintenance responsibilities.
Web development including advanced knowledge and experience with HTML / CSS coding (JS a plus).
Ability to use creative software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
SEO expertise or certifications a plus.
Ability to compile data by MS Excel (Basic function, Pivot table plus)
Analytical experience a plus.
High degree of flexibility to accommodate rapidly growing and evolving global business.
Strong interests in and curiosity about many things
Interest in IT in general required
Experience working for foreign firms plus
CRM/Marketing Automation [Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo etc.] experience plus
Japanese citizenship or must have legally working rights without sponsorship
Position in based in Japan
Ability to be fluent in speaking and written English
Japanese communication is required for this position at a native level
